Matt Mello – Graphic
Effect: In an attempt to show your mental abilities, you tell the spectator you will try to memorize an entire deck of cards, and you will let them set the time limit!
The deck is cut with the spectator getting one half and you one half. Both are shuffled. You instruct the spectator to deal the half pack onto the table as fast as possible, and in that time, you will memorize the other half that is spread on the table.
In a matter of only seconds, your time is up, and the cards are squared. In an off moment, you give the spectator a two digit number to remember, it will be important later. The spectator takes the memorized half and deals one card at a time face up onto the table. With your back turned, you successfully name each card in exact order.
What about the other half? Remember that number you gave the spectator? Each number card in the other half is added up, and matches the number you gave!
“Graphic is a realistic memory plot that plays as real ability, the devious nature of the effect is hidden in plain site, I love this.” -Andrew Gerard
